Did anyone catch this show Sunday night on Discover channel. It was very interesting about items that were developed for beer that have influenced our world. I especially liked the Egyptian beer that contained the "newly" discovered antibiotic, tetracycline.
If you missed it keep an eye for a rerun. It is worth a watch, or at least recording to watch when you have time.

Recorded it cos I saw it was gonna be on while I was out. Pretty interesting stuff. Also saw there was a "history or brewing" on history channel, but missed it. Maybe see if it's on hulu or available for download

What was the name of show.
Maybe the purpose of your life is to serve as a warning to others.

The one the thread is made for is the name of the thread. I can't exactly remember what the history channel one was called. A quick google search could yield the result I bet tho!
