Deep Ellum Brewing is supposed to be opening Spring or early summer 2011. Here is the web site. Very interesting zoning issues they had to face. It's no wonder there are no craft breweries in Dallas. Sounds like they don't want them. I guess now that they need tax money they'll take any business.
