Appearance: Pale golden from unique pale malts and spring white wheat. The sparkling effervescence in this beer comes from bottle conditioning, which creates a finer carbonation more similar to champagne.
Aroma: Fruity, slightly spicy with some unique malt notes. A delicate floral hop note is added from dry hopping.
Flavor: Crisp clean malt character with delicate fruit notes from the traditional weisbier yeast and a slight citrus flavor from Bavarian Noble hops. Bottle conditioning adds another layer of complexity and light spice notes.
Finish: Light and dry with a sparkling character that cleanses the palate.
