In fact, I brewed for the first time here in Philly last week. Need to change a few things around, but it went ok. It was a bohemian pilsner. The fermenters are in the garage right now at 50F--the cold weather there is good for something....

Gee, Steve, I don't see your name on the list.... However, I do see Charles Gottenkieny. Congrats to him for first place in Belgian Strong in the South Division....Hey, this means we get to meet in Denver And Steve won't be playing.....
Hmmm...Second in the regional competition for AHA nationals, and I didn't advance to round 2 in the Bluebonnnet....must be the better quality of judges here in the NE
