John, This will be my first bluebonnet so I am not familiar with what you might need help with, but I am definaly up to helping with whatever I could do.

There are several areas where help will be needed during the event.

The club needs folks to help set up the room crawl room on Friday afternoon. This will probably start in the early afternoon and needs to be wrapped up before the banquet starts.

Beertenders are needed to run the hospitality suite during the event. This is generally done in 2-hour shifts but James Dorman indicated that they will work with folks that can spare an hour here or there.
