Hi everyone,
The next BJCP Class will be held on Sunday November 1, 2009. That's the end of Daylight savings for us, so don't forget to roll your clocks back, and don't try to keep partying for the extra hour when your clock strikes 2.
Class 7 will be hosted by Chuck Homola again. Chuck's address is 905 Glen Rose Dr, Allen, TX 75013. Here's the map.

The technical topic will be "Yeast and Fermentation". We will use Ken Woodson's presentation, located here.

Try to read the Yeast and Fermentation sections of the BJCP Study Guide, before the class.

Category 13, Stout, presented by Melinda Beyer.

We will now be two weeks ahead of schedule. I'd like to keep up the pace, so we can get 2 extra sessions in. We now have time for one extra session. We will decide class 8 date and time during the next class.
See you Sunday November 1, if not sooner.
Don
