Hi there - first time posting, joined up whilst at HBHQ before the holidays. Been brewing now for one year to the day (the 26th was my birthday and last year I got a kit from my wife) and HBHQ has really made it all possible. I was looking for a second recipe to kick out for St Pats and started to wonder, 'what are all the other NTHBA members gonna cook up?'
I did a batch of a Killian's Irish Red Ale today that I've become accustomed to making once every two months or so, have some sweet stout aging already. Still looking for a 'light' option for the friends who don't like their beer to be... well... beer. What are y'all making?
Jim
ps - thanks to all the guys at HBHQ, I really don't know if I would have gotten this far without the help and never tiring advice and insight y'all provided a greenhorn like me.
