Packing Party Rules

At an NTHBA Packing Party the club will provide shipping and packing materials, for current club members, who wish to submit entries into a Lone Star Circuit qualifying competition, which does not list Homebrew Headquarters as a local drop off site.
To participate, you or your representative must be present at the packing party. We will no longer be packing entries for those who have not made prior arrangements, or who are not in attendances. Don't take advantage of your fellow members.
If you can not participate, or find a representative to assist you, the club will still ship your entries; however the entries must be dropped off at HBHQ, prior to the party date, "fully packed" and ready for a shipping label. No other effort should be required to prepare the package for shipping.
