I updated the forum to the latest update in the 3.0 code, which is very old now, and opened registration back up with reCAPTCHA v2. I'll monitor for spammers.
I will work to get current with PHPBB. We will need to get to a much later version of PHP and that might be a problem on the current server, we will see.
For now let's see how it goes.
