Wanted to let everyone know that there’s a new college-level journeyman brewer class being offered at Eastfield College, right here in North Texas. Please help spread the word, as I think this is something a lot of people in the homebrewing community may be interested in. In addition to classroom training, the course also involves practical training at 6 area breweries.
