Startup Brewery Business Opportunity

Fellow Brewers,
I'm working up a business plan that would focus on providing start up breweries the opportunities to join in an Alternating Proprietorship (AP) arrangement. The arrangement would be that when the Brewery obtains TTB adn TABC permits, they can join a Brewery as a Tenant Brewer. The Tenant Brewery for a flat monthly rate, gain access to weekly brew days, two fermenters and Cold/dry storage.
