for those that use a converted keg / keggle what's been your percentage of boil off for a 60 minute boil?

I has been a little while since I boiled in a keggle. I believe my boil off rate was around .75 to 1 gallon per hour in a keggle.

It varies based on how much of the top was cut out. Bigger hole = higher boil-off. My experience was closer to the 1.25 - 1.5 gallons per hour.

Walter boils with a ferocious boil so he may boil off more than me.
