2013 NHC Rules Changes

The American Homebrewers Association has changed the rules for the National Homebrew Competition.

Some highlights are:

• Number of entries cap per brewer at 15.
  Two bottles required per entry in first round.
  Entry fee increase.

Registration is live right now, although it crashes everytime I try to register....better luck to everyone else.

21 minutes of trying and I finally got to enter 1, tried to enter the second and it crashed again hahaha.
