Does anyone have a Ward Lab Water Analysis report for DWU water?

Thank you for the data. When I put it in kaiser_water_calculator it seems tough to get that into the ideal estimated mash pH range. It looks like I need to add 3 grams of gypsum and 2 grams of magnesium chloride to the mash but I'm not sure how much lactic or phosphoric acid to add to reduce the estimated mash pH.jimmyorkin wrote:Attached is an analysis of Carrollton water and the same water RO filtered from 2008. Carrollton is part of Dallas's water system.
