I brewed a batch of Belgium Wheat on Sat evening and when I checked on it today the airlock had popped-off and foam was coming out the top of my carboy. i replaced the airlock and am crossing my fingers- anything else I should do? Any chance it will be ok? This is only my second batch so I don't have personal experience to lean on!

Re: Air Lock popped off
It will be fine.
Very little chance of problems during an active fermentation.

As long as no beer ended up on your ceiling, then you should be fine. There will be very little chance of severe fallout from your wife.
Maybe the purpose of your life is to serve as a warning to others.

Re: Air Lock popped off
That happened to me around my 2nd brew and I did have to repaint my kitchen ceiling...but the beer was fine! Now I usually just ferment cooler so it doesn't get active so quickly, but lots of people like blowoff tubes just in case, instead of an air lock. Good luck with your beer.
