Hello Everyone,
I wanted to report back to the folks who didn't make it to the Nov brew day... WOW! We had a great time. I showed up around 8:15am and Fred was already at it boiling water. Fred was kind enough to explain the process to me and it was really cool to see the steps involved.
We spent most of the day tending to the brew and eating pizza, sampling brews, talking shop, sampling brews, oh and sampling brews... lol
It was great fun and I can't wait until the Jan 2007 brew day.
