Brew Day 01-25-2014

Post by Mike Grover »

Howdy brewers! I will be hosting the January brewday Saturday. I hope we have another great turnout. The weather looks to be pretty cold in the morning but it is supposed to warm up pretty quickly and get up to a high of 65 in the afternoon. There is usually plenty of parking along Castille Drive but if it fills up you can also park along the south side of Peters Colony adjacent to Wood Lake. My house is the 4th one on the right hand side of Castille from Peters Colony with a big American flag out front. We will be brewing out back and I have plenty of garage and driveway space.

If you plan to brew, here is some additional information:

- You can drive up the alley to drop off your brewing gear. Access is from Peters Colony just east of Castille and west of the Furneaux Creek greenbelt.
- I will have two water hoses available and I will have an activated carbon filter set up for brew water. Any water treatment beyond that is up to you!
- I have the club kegerator and there are a number of open slots if you want to bring kegged homebrew to share.

Pros't!
Mike
