Club meeting at Craft and Growler in march

Post by RobDrechsler »

just to let you know, Craft and Growler does not have a kitchen.. the only food available will be from a food truck...
Beer contains just a small amount of vitamins - that's why it's necessary to drink lot of it

Pack bottles for the next club meeting. In keeping with our homebrew focus we are welcome to bring bottled homebrew.

Bring bottles of your most celebrated beer and make a friend.

These bottles can not be consumed onsite or handled an employee.

Willy's Oud Bruin, Chocolate Cherry Stout, Flanders Red, Cream Abdul-Jabbear, Smoked Porter, Smores Stout, Black Pepper Saison, Bochet Mead, Bee's Bragot, Dry Hopped Tripple, Peanut Butter Porter, Black Jack Brown, AW Dubble, Ruffie Cider, Jack Daniels Dark Strong, Stweart Meads, Rye Saison ..on and on..

I really liked the Craft and Growler! I love to taste lots of different beers and I think flights are the way to go. This place let you build your own flight. That is rare in my experience. It seems like most places in town may have flights but THEY pick the 4 or 5 beers. It was nice to be able to pick the ones that I wanted to try.

I thought the following beers had low carbonation:
South Austin Belgian Golden Ale
Community Lager
Adelbert's Naked Nun

Did anyone else notice the low carbonation levels of some of the beers?
