I just finally got to to Goodfriends in East Dallas tonight. Not only did they have LBC, but they had Firewheel, and of course Peticolas and Franconia. I first had Firewheel's Midnight Ninja which was delicious! I then had Franconia's Dunkel on nitro! It was fantastic, and I am SO proud of Dallas breweries!
I was wondering if any of you guys are in East Dallas and are in the 3-6 yr experience level. I need a homebrew collaberator of sorts who can teach me and share techniques, recipes, and who is currently brewing milk stouts, IPAs, pale ales, etc. Not into Saisons, Barleywines, etc, just yet. I personally have about five years experience. Hit me up for email correspondence.
