Slaite Mhnath North Texas Brewers!
Entries for the 2012 Celtic Brew-Off are due April 12th. Rules, style guidelines, registration, drop-off locations, and shipping instructions can all be found at http://www.kobb.org/celticbrewoff. Celtic trophies and ribbons will be awarded in 15 categories of beer, mead, and cider. The trophies this year are really going to be special – can you say kobbhenge.
Remember to save the date. Celtic judging will be April 21st and 22nd at the Coors Distribution Center in north Ft. Worth, Texas (same location at the Bluebonnet first round judging).
The Knights need and appreciate your support.
