My share is still bubbling slowly today. I pitched Cooper's dry ale yeast and it has been in the garage so its fermenting on the cooler side.
I'll bring it in to warm up a bit and finish it out for a few days.

How about we brew a big batch of Octoberfest for the club Octoberfest party? What is the next available date to do this?
Is your beer intimate, hand crafted, and artisanally made?

Just bottled mine today. Very light tasting - a bit malty with little to no hoppiness. Definitely much lighter than what I normally drink!
