Bluebonnet Brew-off payment issue

Is anyone else having a problem paying for their entry and pass for bluebonnet? I am trying to pay online with Paypal, but it says the merchant is not accepting payments.

The payment option may not be enabled yet. I sent an email to the web site guy about this. I'll let you know when I hear back from him.
