The Knights of the Brown Bottle Homebrew Club is proud to announce that the 15th Celtic Brew-Off has begun. Entries can be dropped of at any of four local homebrew stores in the area starting today (May 6th ) through Thursday (May 12th) of next week.
On-line registration is a snap. Go to the Celtic link at www.kobb.org for registration, rules, and style guidelines. Note, the recipe data is optional. To mark the Crystal Anniversary of the Celtic there are some wonderful trophies and ribbons for the winning entrants.
We are also looking forward to your participation in the judging May 21st and 22nd at Coors in Ft Worth - same place as the Bluebonnet judging. Lunch will be provided both days. We also have some nice gifts and door prizes for those helping to judge or steward.
