Who would I need to contact for supplying a keg of beer for the room crawl?

Thanks,
Randy

Randy -

I don't know if anyone is officially coordinating that for the club. I think transportation of the kegerator & bar to the event is covered. Friday afternoon the room crawl area will be open and folks can store kegs in the kegerator. Be sure to label your keg with your name, cell phone number, and contents.

This thread is as good a place as any to start a discussion on who is bringing what.

I'll be bringing the keggerator and bar into the hotel between 1:00 and 2:00, Friday afternoon. I will take kegs anytime afterwards. Like Mike said, be sure to label your kegs. I'll be bringing my 20# CO2 bottle, but would appreciate a backup. If you can help with a CO2 bottle let me know here.

I'll be clearing the keggerator out of the hotel Saturday morning. If you bring a keg make arrangements to pick it up by 9:00 AM Saturday.

I am bringing five gallons of an American Brown call Janet's Brown. I will also bring a 5 lb CO2 tank I'll keep in my room.

I bottled up my Roggenbier last night, so I'll be bringing what left of that.
