Totally confused

I am new to competing in these homebrew competitions.

I have beer ready I was going to submit for Catus Challenge, but I don't know how to even get started. I was reading all the rules and regulations on their website and it made my head hurt.

What do I do? I know I need to get labels and all that, but where from? is there some kind of form with labels I cut out and put on them? Can someone please send me a link and maybe describe what I need to do?

How do I pay for my entries? Do I pay the entry fees when I submit my beer or what?

Totally confused about this guys. Please help.

On the Left side you will see a menu. Click the Registration tab.
There are two options : Online BOTTLE entry registration and the EVENT registration (if you would like to attend or order a T-shirt)

You will need to register and log in to create the ENTRY registrations, then you will be able to find and print labels.

We are having some difficulty with the software charging for our AREA 51 entries. We recommend sending a check with the adjusted amount with your entries. We will refund any charges for AREA 51 for participants that pay via Paypal.
