Bizarre oxidation results

This is a place where people can ask questions about brewing. Hopefully, someone who is more knowledgable about brewing will respond.

Sorry I missed this exchange at the party...I was interested in what others thought, and in how the beer tasted. But I'm not surprised you got some helpful feedback. We have some really talented, knowledgable, and time generous brewers in this club.

Here is the link to the brew calc page we talked about at the Christmas party.

http://www.bonniebluebrew.com/brewcalc/ ... choose.php

It accounts for the residual alkalinity. Input your SRM and choose what range your beer is - Very hoppy to Very malty and then click Guess ca

If you are using distilled or RO then leave the source's zero and click the submit button at the bottom. Damon, Orlando and I have talked about which one to pick and I think we have all decided that the one with the most Black are desired. You can hit submit again and it will re guess all over again.

You can limit what chemicals you have on hand with the tool also and it will only use those to do it guessing.

You can print it out and or print to file. It does not have a save function.

If you go to this link you can download the PHP file that does the calcs and modify it if you want.

If anyone has questions on this let me know.
