Just went to a closer supply store in Carrollton. Being from Denton, The winemakers toy store is really close. Slide down I-35 , one exit past sandy lake, Loop back, and your there. They are growing their beer supplies as we speak. As a fledgling all grain brewer, they had all the grain supplies I needed. All the basics and specialty grains. The hop selection was great because it wasn't picked over and the yeast was fine also. They have fresh White Labs and dry yeast. For all of you that are near Carrollton its worth the look. Also, the homebrew club gets a discount. Try it, you might like it. If they don't have it, they will get it for you.
