It is not too late to enter the Dixie Cup. See the Dixie web site: http://dixiecup.crunchyfrog.net/

Early Entries are due in Houston by 9/18 at a cost of $7/Online Entry,
Late Entries are due in Houston by 9/25 at a cost of $10/Online Entry

The club will pay for shipping for any NTHBA Member entering the Dixie. We will be shipping via UPS so pack accordingly

You can drop off your "fully packed" entries at HBHQ before the due dates.

Be advised that we have instructed HBHQ to only accept fully packed entries for shipping. Your entry should require only a shipping label. No other effort should be required to prepare the package for shipping.

There has been some confusion about the entry dates. The dates I listed above are the due dates in Houston.

Because of shipping time, if you have you not sent your entires in, you will have to pay the higher $10 entry fee. But don't let that discourage you... We need all the participation we can get.

Note from Foam Rangers:

"Friday September 25th was the official deadline for Dixie Cup entries, but around the time of the 5pm cut off our server suffered an unexpected problem and some could not submit or printout bottle labels. Due to this we are extending the deadline until 5pm Friday October 2nd. So if you are still considering entering you have another week. Please drop off at DeFalcos or have them shipped there by that time."
