Hey big O, I couldn't understand a word you were saying on the phone last night. Of course there was a hell of a lot of background noise, but I thought you said I got first with Enkel Biter. Well second is nothing to sneeze at. I just started playing around with Belgians last year. I'm mainly doing Trappists, but I also go Belgian Pale, and Saison. I've done Wit before a few times also. Well, if you were at the summer party, you had some of the last of the Enkel Biter (Belgian Blond -- no 'e' on the end). It was a 1.074 OG Blond. I've got a few bottles left we can taste. Congratulations to all.

Great job everyone! Here's list of all of the winners. Looks like BAM got about 71 points. Hopefully we can make it up with the Limbo results.

Damen, Orlando - did you bring our medals home with the score sheets? Will you have them at the meeting on Tuesday?

I will bring the scoresheets and medals to the meeting.

If you can't make the meeting, they will be available at HBHQ by Wed/Thurs.

Well done everyone that placed!

This was my first competition to enter and obviously I've got a lot of work to do in improving my brews. I'll get better.

We need to bug the Lone Star Circuit folks about updating their website. The Bluebonnet Brew-Off is the only competition they've included in the standings so far.
