I would be willing to take 5-10 gal and be involved in doing the actual brewing and anything you need help with. How much I take would depend on demand and the base wort and hops.

I think it might be hard to enforce the 1.050 guideline. I think low gravity saisons are great but the 1.065 could be a problem. If you changed the guidelines I guess that could work but then who is the final judge or if it is out of style or do we just "feel" like it is too big for the co...

I personally say that we pick styles that fit the overall goal of the competition and no worry if they are over 1.050. Just make sure we don't pick styles that go to far out of the spirit of the limbo competition.
