I got some stainless from this place http://metals4u.com/ and it was priced great. I'm sure regular steel would be cheap and they will cut it down for you. Make sure you call because I had no luck with the online form.

I'd say forgo the cereal mash and just do a long rest at 145 or so then step up to the 154 range for a little while and go with it. when Orlando and I make our wit we use torrified wheat and rest at 120 for 20 or so min then step up to 150 and rest for 40 min. Also Scott, you entered 29 in the the BB how can you have only 4 for nationals. I'm not sure about that.
