I am very sorry to hear that. I only knew him from beer functions but he was always working hard or having a lot of fun. He will be missed

Depending on the price we'll probably go Black and White to save some money, unless anyone has a cheap source to get two-sided color copies made. Thanks! Megan is working on this but unless color is some insanely high price ...

Show up and ask all the questions you want. It's open to everyone and there are a lot of brewers minds to pick.

Already watched it and sent off an email telling them how much I appreciate them putting it online and that I think it will only get better.

There will still normally be people hanging around. The brewing will probably be wrapping up but some people tend to show up later if they are traveling to brew.

It looks like I will be brewing a Belgian Blonde. Made the starter last night. I'm sure you guys will try to feed me beer to mess it up :)

I would mark for every gallon at least. It will help you be more accurate so you can reproduce your results in the future.

Re: Secondary?

I definitely would not call me a brew god or a person that has a lot of technical knowledge. Maybe some luck ;). I know I generally will have some but not much trub on my beer. Re: Pumpkin Ale

Leroy's recipe is a great place to start. The roasted pumpkins are pretty important from when we made it. It is some good stuff. Please remember to be easy on the spice you can always add them later but you cant ever get rid of them.
