I have seen a couple of entries from NTHBA members in Operation Fermentation. Just a quick reminder that entries close on April 19th. Category 10....Brown, Pale or Amber.

I just brewed a bochet a couple of weeks ago and I gotta say it tasted excellent in the gravity sample. I ended up using 24 lbs of honey and increased the total batch size to almost 7 gallons.

I was wondering if anyone up in the DFW area was aware that the AHA website shows the Bluebonnet entry deadline to be Feb 20th and not Feb 15th?

Dropped mine off on Sunday on a quick trip to DFW.

I also dropped off a 22oz of imperial stout for Kelly if anyone sees him they can let him know who it was from since he wasnt there at opening time on Sunday.

And of course the Dixie Cup is in October so you could always enter those beers in Houston.
