The registration is open for the Bluebonnet and we have over 400 of the 1525 entries registered. Don't wait until the last minute to get your beers registered. If you are waiting to get a beer or two bottled up, go ahead and register what you have ready, then add the other beers later. We need a few...

Who's brewing and what are you brewing?
I'll be trying something different, a cream IPA. Like a regular IPA but with lactose sugar to boost the body and sweeten it up a bit.

You're asking about the Club Only Competitions. The extract competition is next month, so you'll need to brew quick.

Thanks. We'll check into it.peccavi wrote:Palio's Pizza in The Colony has a back room and is BYOB. Not sure how large that room is but it seems about as big as the one we used at the Londoner. It is only few blocks north of 121 on Main so easy to find.

Re: What Do You Plan to Enter Into the Bluebonnet?
Bill, thanks for getting this topic started. Guys and Gals it's definitely time to get your beers ready for the Bluebonnet. There is still time to knock out some lower gravity ales. Anything big or lagers should already be in the bottle and have had time to properly age and lager. For anyone who is ...

They must be able to accommodate 30-40 of us in a separate room since we use the PA system 2. Food would be nice 3. Beer is great, but some place that is BYOB would be awesome If...

Intrinsic Brewing hopes to open their doors next October, but they need help. Cary has set up a crowd funding site to h...
