I'd be interested in participating. I could potentially provide bread (for little or no cost). I make bread several times a week, it would not be much effort for me to double or triple my recipe a couple times a month. And it's pretty good bread too

Good call. I couldn't find those in particular at my local store. They did, however, have some even cheaper (and likely uglier) 7 gallon buckets which work well. Thanks for the tip!
