My brother and I are planning a bbq in a couple months and have done the math and buying a keg of beer is cheaper than buying cases. 95% of these people think anything with more flavor than miller lite is a "heavy beer" so gotta go commercial and keep a keg of homebrew on the side. My ques...

This will be my first visit to Bluebonnet and I am definatly looking forward to it.

If there is anything I can do to help let me know. Not sure if anyone wants to drink the English style swill I am currently making, maybe I will bring some to the next brew day (also my first) and let y'all decide.

I brewed a celebration ale clone out of the recipe book recommended to me. only my second AG beer and I didn't even come close to my OG. Back to the drawing board for the next brew.

I bought one a couple months ago and really like it, cleaning can be a pain because you aren't supposed to use the carboy cleaning brush to avoid scratches but since my daughter likes to be aroudn when I am brewing I am afraid I will drop one of the glass ones so I am moving that way.
