What is your availability or constraints to setup a meeting?

I'm tied up this weekend with family commitments. I live in McKinney, so I'm not sure of a good central location to meet.

Are y'all available this coming weekend (4/24-4/26) to get together for the first planning meeting? I'm going to be out of town on May 2nd and 9th.

I'm thinking about brewing a hefeweizen but I'm uncertain about how I can chill my wort.

This competition is really exciting. I just recently joined the club after moving from Colorado. Unfortunately, because of the move I will only have two, maybe three, beers ready.

Irish Red
Hefeweizen (maybe)

I haven't been to the Old Chicago at Mockingbird Station since it opened so I don't know if they have a separate area big enough for a club meeting, but they are worth looking into.
