I can bring 5 gal of my Blonde Ale. Do I need to bring in a corny keg? I won't be able to brew until I get back from Moscow, but it'll be ready with all it's glory.

Need holes drilled in Sanke keg
Does anyone know who can drill some holes in converted sanke kegs? I had a helluva doing just the one for my valve. Took an hour or so. Before I go buy eqpt to do this, I wanted to see if anyone could do this.

Sorry for the late reply. Just joined. If your propane regulator is 10 PSI, it will take a long time to get to a boil. Similar to boiling in outdoor pots (i.e. crawfish), 20 PSI is best for home use. If you can get a jet burner, get it. If you are doing 10 gal batches in a keggle, you'll need the BT...
