Who's brewing? I missed most of the actual brewing last time. I'm moving into AG and I'd like to watch/help with someone's AG brew from start to finish (if you'll let me!).

To save StarSan, I make a small batch and put it in a spray bottle. I then spray a fine mist into each bottle (3 or 4 squirts) and let drain into a small bucket (i.e., the malt extract buckets from HomebrewHQ). Then just let it air dry. Never had an infection.

I had a great time yesterday and it was great to meet all of you! You'll definitely be seeing me at future events!

Thanks for the replies! I'll try to make it on the 30th if I can get back to this side of the metroplex in time. I'll probably bring some commercial beer since all of my homebrew is either greener than grass or way old

I live in Richardson and I've been brewing for a couple of years but haven't gotten around to joining the club or attending any events. I've only entered one beer in a contest (2010 Bluebonnet). So, I've been brewing in a vacuum and I think I need to expand my horizons a bit in order to become a bet...
