I think there may be some confusion over what to bring to the party - there will be BBQ served - so please bring any sort of side dish you would like to - I am making some guacamole. Also - if you have a keg you would like to share - please bring it along - other bottled beer is always cool as well ...

I am planning to 1 or 2 of my brews on as well - I'll also ice down some of the Bluebonnet beer. Don't forget to bring a side dish as well - BBQ will be provided as the main course! Pool will be open for use and I'll start up the fire pit to top it all off.

Thanks everyone for the replies. We'll start to firm up the dates on some of these tonight at the Brew Club meeting. Tentatively I would like to plan the Intro to Judging class for Sunday the 27th of Feb and we will try to do the yeast starter seminar at the upcoming brew day for this month or next ...

Got the travel plans somewhat sorted out - planning to stay near 3Floyds on Saturday night at the Marriott Courtyard at Kennedy and I-94 (Courtyard Chicago Southeast/Hammond, IN)- anyone else staying in the area that night?

Definitely count me in - I learned alot in the last class and took the test last month - now I want to step it up another notice and get at least an 80 on the next one. I'll be glad to help with class preparations and/or hosting sessions at my house.
