Bluebonnet Entries

If you are dropping entries off at the homebrew stores, please be sure to box your entries in a sealed box.  Do not drop off your entries in a 6 pack holder!  The stores will likely be moving entries around as more come in, and placing entries in a 6 pack holder is a good way to ensure your entries will be broken or lost.  Do yourself and the stores a favor and pack your entries in a sealed box with your paperwork enclosed.  On the outside of the box, write your name and phone number, Bluebonnet Brewoff and Box # of # .

Dixie Cup Shipping

Next Monday 9/18 is the packing party for the Dixie Cup at Dallas Homebrew in Carrollton.  I will be there starting at 5p.  If you need to pack entries, please arrive as close to 5p as possible since the shop closes at 6p.  As always, the club will provide packing materials and cover the cost of shipping the entries to the Dixie Cup.

PACKING PARTY - THURS 8/24

Reminder that the packing party for Ozapft and the TX Mead Cup is this Thursday 8/24 at Homebrew Headquarters in Richardson.  I will be set up in the space next to Homebrew HQ from 5p to 6p collecting entries for both competitions.  As always, the club will provide packing supplies and cover the cost of shipping the entries to the comps.  If you have any questions, please email me at firstVP@nthba.org.

Limbo Challenge Deadline - 7/27

Reminder that tomorrow (7/27) at 6p CT is the entry and drop off deadline for the Limbo Challenge!  The registration site and local brew shops close at 6p so plan to pay for and drop off your entries ahead of time.  Please make sure your entries are packed to be transported…that means no 6pk holders!  Bottles must have labels printed from the Limbo registration site that are attached with rubber bands.    

 

Homebrew Inquisition Drop Off Deadline TODAY

Reminder that today is the drop off deadline for Homebrew Inquisition entries at Dallas Homebrew and Homebrew Headquarters. All entries must be dropped off 100% ready to ship. Neither store will provide packing supplies for entries. Both shops close at 6p so please be sure to arrive before then.

Entry deadline for the Austin Zealots Homebrew Inquisition is on July 9th.  Due to the July 4th holiday and short entry window for the Inquisition, the club will not be hosting a packing party this month.  Dallas Homebrew and Homebrew Headquarters have agreed to accept Inquisition entries and ship them to Austin at the club’s expense.  All entries must be dropped off at either shop by Wednesday 7/5 at 6p and be 100% ready to ship.  Neither shop will provide packing materials.  If you need packing supplies, please em

REMINDER! Tonight is the packing party for the Big Batch Brew Bash and possibly the Alamo City Cerveza Fest at Homebrew Headquarters in Richardson! I will be there at 5p with packing supplies. Please arrive as close to 5p as possible to allow plenty of time to pack entries.

Hello NTHBA!  Just a reminder that the club will host a packing party next Mon 5/8 starting at 5pm at Homebrew Headquarters in Richardson.  We will be shipping entries to the Big Batch Brew Bash in Houston and the Alamo City Cerveza Fest in San Antonio.  The Big Batch is a single style event.  This year's category is 21B - Belgian IPA's.  The Alamo City Cerveza Fest is open to all BJCP categories.
