I wanted to make a post about this because of the unique nature of my house...it allows for no less than 7 brew kits to comfortably brew under covered areas.
if the weather cooperates I could easily accomodate 10-12.
I think it would be awesome to have everyone bring a kit and brew something unusual. I know we are kicking around a few ideas.
So seriously consider heading out and brewing with us.
the average temp in early nov. is low 70s! So it should be a great time to brew!
Cya then!

COME ON GUYS LETS HELP OUT THE PRES!
If you got the carboys I got some storage space. how much do you need room for?
we, aaron and I, will be brewing at lease 15 gal.

like I said, my issue is my carboy shortage.
american amber or belgian pale would be my vote...leaning toward the BPA.
it is a good base that can be aged, dry hopped, oaked or whatever and make a host of good beers!
what will the yeast situation be for this big brew?
